Magnum Quattro Protein Ice-Cream

Ingredients:

140g frozen fruit (I used strawberries)

35g Magnum Quattro (Vanilla Soft Serve is my favourite)

4-6 ice cubes

1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum 

6-8 oz. unsweetened cashew milk

2 single serve Stevia packets

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high FOREVER (literally). Enjoy!

Tips: You may have to adjust the ice and milk sizes based on your blender. MEASURE out the Xanthan Gum-too much can make your ice-cream have a slimy texture. This should be ice cream consistency!
